This page helps you manage your data and privacy choices in The Cue. Use the steps below to control ad personalization, reset your advertising ID, or request deletion of your data.
Personalized Ads
- iOS: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking to turn apps' tracking requests on or off.
- Android: Go to Settings > Google > Ads to reset or turn off ad personalization.
- Even if you turn this off, you may still see ads, but they won't be personalized to you.
Reset Your Advertising ID
- iOS: Turning off tracking resets the advertising ID (it returns a blank value).
- Android: Settings > Google > Ads > “Reset advertising ID”.
Delete Your Account & Data
You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data. Send your request to the email below; after verifying your identity, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period.
Regional Rights (GDPR / CCPA / KVKK)
Depending on your region, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, or to opt out of the “sale/sharing” of personal data. The Cue does not sell your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us.
